Discuss times in which organisational change is likely to come about and discuss the range of models and frameworks that help us to understand change. Explain how to develop strategies and solutions in response to or to manage change and how these might be implemented. You should also identify how to analyse, evaluate and mediate the potential impact of these strategies including considering the role of the impact review.
