Identify your own firm's strategic aims and objectives and explain the purpose of a strategic plan in that context. Explain how to evaluate the alternative strategic options available when determining a strategic direction and plan. Produce a strategic plan with objectives, assess the factors to be considered and describe how the plan would be implemented and reviewed.
