Assignment Summary
Analyse a recent, current, or imminent change project that you have been involved in and explain your approach to it. Discuss how the outcomes were achieved and to what extent your involvement contributed to its success. Identify a potential future change project and how it will benefit the organisation or your department and the steps you see as being critical.
