Equality, diversity and inclusion are important drivers of organisational performance, benefiting staff and stakeholders. It focuses on the skills required for inclusive leadership and how to adapt leadership styles to support others in seeing the benefits of inclusion. The learner will be able to analyse the requirements for managing, planning, implementing, monitoring and reporting on equality, diversity and inclusion initiatives.
