Technique Overview

Change Management Principles Definition

Change management is the structured approach to moving an organisation, and the people within it, from a current state to a desired future state. It applies established principles and models to plan, lead, and embed change so that it is adopted and sustained rather than resisted or reversed. Culture management is the related practice of deliberately shaping an organisation’s shared values, norms, and behaviours to support that change. For CR&S, both are essential as embedding sustainability requires changing how an organisation operates and the culture that determines how it behaves.
