Assignment Summary
Discuss the elements of finance and financial planning that apply at your strategic level, and how the strategy of your organisation impacts the financial plan. Explain the component parts of a financial plan, their respective importance and risks. You will need to produce a financial plan and set out how you intend to gain agreement and subsequently monitor and evaluate it.
