Assignment Summary

Establish the current strategic position of your organisation and evaluate the components of an effective strategic plan. Consider a range of tools that enable strategic analysis of the factors affecting a strategic plan and auditing progress towards strategic objectives. Evaluate your organisation's strategic position and develop a range of options to meet your organisations strategic aims and objectives. Consider these alternative options and justify any recommendations for a revision to the current strategic positioning or objectives.

Upon completion of this CMI unit you will be able to:

  • Review and determine the organisational strategic aims and Identify the current strategic aims and objectives Undertake an evaluation of the component parts of a strategic plan Analyse the factors affecting the strategic plan objectives.
