'Cloud' computing is an offering of raw computing capacity (Infrastructure-as-a-Service (IaaS)), computers that are ready for software (Platform-as-a-Service (PaaS)), and software (Software-as-a-Service (SAAS)) available for rent by companies. Vendors of cloud computing are generally responsible for maintenance, administration, capacity planning, troubleshooting and backups of their products. Most of the cloud software developed to date applies to customer relationship management, productivity and collaborative organisational processes (McAfee, 2011).
